Shenzhen 3S Global Develop Co.,Ltd. is a group company, we are the factories and export sales together line. All items are produce at our own factories and 3S in charge of all exporting business for all production line. we group all the very professional and powerful factories and grow up together.

Since year 2010, we have our own container plywood flooring factores at Linyi city of Shandong and Jiangsu, our own iso dry container spare parts factories at Shanghai and Guangzhou, and our own ISO corner casting factoy at Guangzhou and Jiangmen of Guangdong province. And then on year 2015 we expand our business to the detachable container house, flat pack container house, foldable container house, expandable house, prefab house and guard house, we have this products the factory at Suzhou. And then year 2018 we have our own factory who produce mould production, zinc & aluminum alloy diecasting, stamping, CNC machining, CNC punching and plastics injection to fullfill all our customers around world.

Our container plywood flooring facotires start produce the IICL container flooring since 2010, we have more than 20,000.00 square meters of production line in Linyi, Shandong province. It is now growing up and expand to the biggest container plywood flooring in China at 2021. Linyi is a city with elegant environment, convenient transportation, low cost of city. And most of the hardwood veneer in China are produce here. We have around 100 workers, and 4 setting lines for the container floor board processing. We have our own hot pressing machine, cold pressing machines. gluing machine, sanding machine, edge cutting machine etc. All are buy from well know brand in the world. With more automated machines,fewer workers, we increased product accuracy and improved quality standards for finished products.Our main products are Apitong/Keruing hardwood container flooring; Chinese new tech and hardwood flooring; Marine grade flooring; Bridge special bamboo plywood flooring; New container floor board; repair container flooring; even construction flooring and Bus base plywood flooring; Bamboo flooring; Bamboo&hardwood flooring etc. All the products are according to ISO9001:2000, CE,CARB,BV. Our capacity is 5000m3 per month.

We build our iso container corten steel items factories at Guangzhou and Shanghai at 2013, we produce the Corten steel SPA-H side panel, Top panel, Corner casting, Cross member, Rear corner post,Floor screw, Door gasket, etc. and The lashing equipment like Twist lock, D-ring, Container bridge fitting, Flush ISO foundation as well as some reefer containers parts. Both two production lines have domestic advanced production of precoated sand, resin coated sand molding and core making, intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting, machining equipment and advanced laboratory testing equipment, has a melting point of precoated sand, tensile, bending, gas evolution of instrument, detection of the chemical composition of the direct reading spectrometer, carbon sulfur analyzer, manganese silicon phosphorus analyzer,

metallographic microscope and other instruments, detection of hydraulic material testing machine, the physical properties of the pendulum impact testing machine, impact test temperature low, all-digital intelligentUltrasonic flaw detector, etc., base on these advanced machines, we can produce more than 30W sets of Angle, 50W sets of iso corner casting, and 100W of Corten top panel, side panel.
